Our Policies

General Studio Rules

• Clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID.

(No exceptions, even with parental consent, unless allowed by law.)

• No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicated clients permitted on the premises.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason related to health, safety, or conduct.

Appointment & Booking

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposits go toward the final cost of the tattoo.

• Reschedules must be made at in advance in accordance with your artists policies to keep your deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations with less than enough notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Final pricing with your artist may vary depending on complexity, size, and time involved.

Payments

• We accept [cash, card, Venmo, etc.—insert methods].

• Full payment is due at the time of service.

• Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

Health & Safety

• All artists are licensed and follow bloodborne pathogens standards.

• All equipment is sterilized, single-use, or autoclave-cleaned.

• Do not come in sick—reschedule if you have symptoms of a cold, flu, or other contagious condition.

• Clients must follow aftercare instructions to reduce the risk of infection or complications.

Tattoo Design & Changes

• All designs are custom and the intellectual property of the artist until the tattoo is completed.

• Minor design changes are allowed in accordance with the artists policies prior or and during the appointment.

• Major design overhauls may require a new deposit and/or reschedule.

Liability & Consent

• Clients must sign a release and consent form before any tattooing begins.

• By signing, clients confirm they:

• Are of legal age.

• Are not under the influence.

• Understand the risks (pain, infection, scarring, allergic reactions, etc.).

• Have disclosed any medical conditions that may impact healing.

Photos & Promotion

• We may take photos of your tattoo (with your permission) for our portfolio and social media.

• You may request not to have identifying features shown.

Guests & Minors

• Only the client is allowed in the tattoo area (no children or extra guests, unless approved beforehand).

• Service animals are allowed but must remain outside of sterile areas.

Important Notice

All clients are expected to treat artists and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
